The Tsunami Warning Center is not in Ewa Beach. It's in the Diamond Head crater. I swear I heard the Tsunami warning horn before noon some day last week and wondered what the hell that was all about. Now I know.
God it gets worse. I was wondering what the Black Hawk was doing making so much noise around the crater.
